This page is designed to complement The Fenton Flyer. The Fenton Flyer is printed in black and white, with color highlights on several pages, but without full color photos. We hope the members of the NFGS enjoy viewing the photos in color, and the visitors to the NFGS website enjoy them and are curious to learn more about the articles they represent. 2011 Convention Raffle Items |
We are pleased to
feature as First Prize one of the very limited "Confetti" Alley Cats.
Approximately 12 of this color combination were created. Colors
included are blues, green, and shades of pink. Each cat is truly a
One-Of-A- Kind! It was purchased in the "Collector's Sale" room during
the 2010 NFGS convention. |

The second prize is an awesome One-Of-A-Kind Aubergine fan vase designed and hand-painted by Robin Spindler. Notice the dragonfly on the foot. |

Third prize is an Opaque Blue Rib Optic lamp, sure to "light up" anyone's life.
The raffle is open to NFGS members only.
Raffle tickets are only $10 each, or three for $20. You need not be present to win. If the winner isn't present, the prize will be shipped. The names of the winners will be drawn following the NFGS banquet on August 1, 2011. Tickets will be included with your copy of the NFGS Fenton Flyer. You may return them along with your convention registration, or if you aren't planning to attend the convention, you may use the convention registration envelope to send them to the NFGS office.

2011 Convention Souvenir
Coming or going, right or left, this awesome pachyderm will stand out in the herd!! We have only 101 of these Iridized Ruby Amberina elephants for our members. It can be ordered when registering for the convention and picked up in the glass sales room. Members not attending the convention can place their order and it will be set aside and shipped after the convention.

It showcases the Ruby Amberina working elephant sold in the holiday offering. It is the perfect addition to your NFGS pin collection!

Members may
order when registering for the convention. It will be placed in the packets of convention
attendees. For those not attending the convention, pins will be shipped. Actual shipping cost will be added. Check the NFGS Exclusives page for additional pins. |

Pansies on Milk Glass - with a Plum Crest!!

The proud owners get many compliments on their beautiful collection of Pansies on Milk Glass, and it's easy to see why. The collection was started when they bought the winning raffle ticket for the student lamp in 1996.

Lovers of old Fenton may recognize this shape as the Intaglio Dolphin bowl pictured in many books in Periwinkle Blue. Pictured here is a flat crimped plate in Crystal Satin that actually sits on the dolphins.

Zeta Todd, of Colorado, passed away Feb. 4, 2011. She and her husband were regulars during the early conventions. Fenton produced for her a series of 5 mini baskets, plus a line of Black Rose items. All items were produced in limited quantities.

The Fenton bowl that started the collection was a Custard Satin Open Basketweave bowl, ware number 8222CU. This was given to Ed's wife by his mother, but met an untimely demise due to a curious cat. The color code for Daisies on Custard is DC. |
