NFGS Annual Mice for 2019

Once again the NFGS is offering two annual mice. First is Ruby/Red Carnival which is available for $33. Next is the Teal Carnival mouse available for $29. Both colors of mice were made at the Mosser Glass Co. These mice are available to members renewing for the 2019 membership year, limited to one of each per household (Primary member), on a first come, first serve basis. Quantities are limited - renew early to ensure receiving your 2019 annual mice.

Walter Blenko, 93, passed away Aug. 11
Officials and employees with the Blenko, WV are mourning the loss of Walter J. Blenko, Jr., the company's president, and grandson of the company's founder. Vice President Dean Six stated "Blenko will continue to be a family-owned and operated company." The Board of Directors will meet and select a successor. Until then, operations will continue as normal.

An Unexpected Convention Surprise

The Louise Piper Custard candy jar is beautifully decorated with her Scenic design on both the lid and the jar. The lid is signed Louise Piper April 1973. Note the inscription on the base.

Susan Davison Gives Back
Susan was the winner of the NFGS 2019 50/50 drawing. She donated her 50% back to the Williamstown Elementary School PTA. It will be used to purchase plaground equipment for the new school. Thank you, Susan!!!
